I definitely agree Robert. I work with my team using Skype, Google Apps, Jing Screen Casts and Team Viewer, but when we’re in the same room room together – team spirit and work ethic goes up significantly. Not to say that it was lacking before. Wow, what a big move. Good luck Robert, and I can’t wait to hear about the move and how your Company does in Europe.

The primary reason for the move was because our partner is based in Europe. And sure, you can always run things remotely, but after years of dealing with remote contractors, I assure you there’s no substitute for being onsite, in-person, day after day. It’s too hard to build relationships via a speakerphone.

This is really interesting. I understand that you’re targeting the European market, but why not just keep the Company in Philadelphia and do the marketing and advertising to Europe from here. There are plenty of online campaigns you can run to get visitors onto the website. Are you doing this for legal reasons? Did a European Angel Fund invest in you and are making you move there? Sorry for all the questions, but I’m just curious. I have a start up of my own and moving to a different Country would be a humongous decision for me.
